Together We Can Find A Cure
Greene Goes gold!
Our fifth annual pediatric cancer fundraising gala, Greene Goes Gold, is coming up on Saturday, September 23rd.
This fun-filled evening will be held at the Roy Clark Community Building in Linton, Indiana and feature the award-winning party band, Endless Summer Band! Don't miss out on the fun and the chance to help raise funds that will support local families affected by pediatric cancer and research efforts through St. Baldrick's Foundation!
Our Mission
Go Gold Crew is dedicated to raising awareness for pediatric cancer and inspiring others into action.
Inform The Public About Pediatric Cancer
Go Gold Crew will raise awareness about all types of pediatric cancer. Nearly 16,000 children are diagnosed with cancer annually.
Provide Resources For Those Affected By Pediatric Cancer
Provide encouragement for children fighting these battles and offer resources and support to their families. Act as a guide to those attempting to navigate the uncertain and overwhelming world of pediatric cancer.
Raise Funds For Research Efforts
Promote funding and give to researchers who are working to create specific treatment options for many different pediatric cancers.
Pediatric Cancer Facts
47 children are diagnosed with cancer every day
There are over a dozen types of pediatric cancer and hundreds of different subtypes
7 children die each day from pediatric cancer
Because of treatments they received as children, by the time they are in their 30's and 40's, more than 95% of childhood cancer survivors will have a chronic health problem, and 80% will have severe or life-threatening conditions.
